How much does Elefy charge?
Hosts pay a commission on the rent Elefy collects — shown during listing setup and deducted from each payout, with no upfront listing fees. Sellers see Elefy's Market commission up front and keep the rest. Joining as an affiliate is free.
How and when do I get paid?
Elefy collects payments securely as your authorised collection agent and pays out your earnings manually to your Thai bank account or PromptPay on a clear schedule, with a record for every transaction.
Can property managers or agencies list on behalf of owners?
Yes. Property managers and agencies can create a host account and list properties they manage, provided they hold a valid management agreement with the owner.
How does the affiliate reward work?
Invite a landlord or Market seller with your referral link and earn 1% of everything they transact on Elefy for 1 year — funded by Elefy's commission, never charged to your invitee. Referring friends also earns loyalty points.
Do I need a separate account for each role?
No. One Elefy account holds every role. Sign up once, then switch on hosting, selling, or the affiliate programme whenever you're ready — no new sign-up required.
